Suggestion on the Wing Policy

First of all, thanks for the trust for giving a job as wing officer.

i'll do my best, to coordinate the wing to make sure they move along our era.

i know there is a vote on keeping them or kicking them out. anywhere, since i was given the task, so i think we should have a policy for the wing, either for the current wings, or the future wings.

here is my suggestion:

1. the wing should serve the main (H_F). when we require them to accept some members, they have to accept, or give us a date to accept.

2. anyone turned into red dot in the wing should be kicked out.

3. the wing's confederation and NAP doesn't applied to us. we would suggest them to keep the confederation just like the main, anywhere, they have their right of diplomat.

4. we may ask them for rein. and resources. so do them.

that's now...pls give me any suggestion, any suggestion is the most welcomed!!

and i wonder if our forum should opened to them....have to refer to Trang and Jeff...

I think all of that is excellent. I think if they had access to this forum, we may be able to coordinate large attacks better, or perhaps a separate forum where upon message from you or another leader we could all go check it and reply.

Well I agree on such suggestion but before we could could that we really to do a probe to their intention of joining us. If they have full assess to our forum and their intention of joining us is for protection only then we might face trouble when they jump to another alliance. So I hope hongheng will do a full probe to them before we can open up to them.

Also i would like to add that we might want to appoint one or two supervising officers to them. Something like a diplomat to mantain order.

yes ,me too . If They accecp i'll create new forum for them . But i just beleave H_F~T and they can help us because they are near us . And H_F~m@x they are very far with us .
i'm try to create Wing with EVE and some member in EVE had join us forum .
