Please withdraw about 2/3 of your troops in Quynh Phu

First of all, thank you for your help. Unfortunately, crops in Ha Nam and Quynh Phu is near zero. I need you to withdraw your troops now to avoid starvation (I lost rally point, so I cannot do it myself)

I need to defense my remaining two villages, (260 50) and (259 49). If you have spare troops, please reinforce the villages.
