Spartan application to become wing...

the reason is as the alliance EVE attacks us every day and cause all my members not to grow and i will help you in war and the other qustion if you mean to add ne more member to the alliance its no as i need to upgrade the emmbassy as it got destroyed in an attack but when it is upgraded i would eccept that person

Well what do you all think?

How badly is Spartan getting hit? dinosaur says his embassy is hit. We don't need to inherit someone else's losing position. We can clean up after their attacker. But if they are hitting back, then maybe yes.
